How does the guestbook photo booth keepsake work?

We print photo strips from the booth and integrate them into a custom guestbook where attendees can add handwritten messages. It's a beautiful, tangible record of your event. Available as an add-on for $75–$150.

What's included in the 360 booth experience?

 

Our 360 booth uses a rotating platform to capture immersive, slow-motion videos from all angles. It includes custom overlays, music integration, instant digital sharing, and optional prints. Great for weddings!

No problem—we offer extra hours at $100–$150 per hour, depending on the package. For unattended options, we can extend up to 8 hours or more with advance notice.

Are there any setup requirements for the booths?

We need a flat, stable space (about 8x8 feet for standard/360 booths) with access to power. For roaming, no setup needed! We'll handle everything and arrive 1 hour early.

How soon do I get the digital gallery?

 

Your private online gallery with all photos and videos is delivered within 48 hours after the event. Instant sharing via QR, text, or email happens on-site.

 

Do you serve areas outside Hudson Valley?

 

Primarily Hudson Valley, but we can travel to nearby areas like Buffalo or NYC for an additional fee. Let's chat about your location!

 

What does "unlimited prints" really mean in the Glam tier?

Unlimited prints allows unlimited photo sessions during the event, with up to 4 prints per session/group (or 2 per individual guest). For events with 100+ guests, we cap at 400 total prints to maintain smooth flow and availability for everyone. Additional prints beyond that are $1–$2 each, or upgrade to truly unrestricted unlimited for +$75–$100 (recommended for corporate/large groups). Your attendant ensures quality and fair access.
